As advertised, spacious and comfortable enough for 4 adults, washer, dryer and seperate toile downstairs, 2 bathrooms upstairs with another tv, carpeted upstairs, lgreat location with the markets walking distance, quiet, fyi there are stairs up to the 3 bedrooms for luggage up and down.

I loved the place. Very convenient to places in the downtown area. I felt very secure and safe. If you want to be conveniently located this place is IDEAL. Close to the Botanical Gardens, restaurants and the CBD. Equipped with a washer and dryer. The view is phenomenal!
